We strive to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for large projects.

6. Warranty

We provide a 5-year warranty on all painting services. This warranty covers peeling, blistering, or chipping due to defective workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, weather conditions, or structural issues.

PaintPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
